2004 Season Finales
May sweeps will be upon us before you know it, which means it's coming down to that time of year: the time when your favorite shows, plus all the ones you don't care about, go away for the summer.
Some of them, we already know, won't be back next season. Along with "Friends," "Frasier" and "Angel," a handful of other shows, including "The Parkers" and "The Practice," will also have their series finales in May.
A few series have already bowed out for the season, presumably to make room for higher-rated (or at least more profitable) programming during sweeps. And the networks haven't yet announced when some of their shows will end. But we're on top of the situation.
Below are the season finale dates for shows on the broadcast networks, plus those for some cable series. Longer running times or series finales are noted in parentheses. We'll keep adding to the list as we find out more dates.
Sunday, May 23
